Make yourself a priority
If not now, when?
How much longer can you afford to put yourself off?
To the mama, juggling it all while burning out and simultaneously doubting every move they make. What would it be like to have a moment to simply breathe? A place to voice the questions and concerns you might not feel are “ok” to bring up with your other mom friends or family? My goal is for the therapy room to be that space for you. From building a general understanding of this season of your life, to increasing your own self-care, and cheering you on for those wins- let this be the space finally dedicated to you.
To the perfectionist, consumed by anxiety and self-doubt. What would it be like to not hold ALL the responsibility? Are you working towards and for things that are positive and bring life to you? The therapy room is a space of reflection and challenging those driving forces- whether they be your own thoughts, or outside pressures. We’ll create room to find insight and direction, to increase a balance in your life and allow you to take on the next challenge with inner confidence.
To the emotional warrior, who has experienced some of the toughest experiences life has thrown at you, and survived. Where can you turn to heal from the trauma when those around you either don’t get it or you “don’t want to burden them”? The therapy room is a place of holding and healing. A place not necessarily set up to forget what has happened, but to allow you the space to move forward.
Let’s tackle this together, for you. You deserve it.
